Mar. 1st, 2009 08:18 pmAngela has spent the better part of her Saturday helping her friend Alex paint a mural in daughter-to-be's nursery. (A pond full of frogs and lilypads and dragonflies and cattails, with a sun setting in a pink-clouded sky.)
She gets back to Hodgins' house tired and a little paint smudged, and full of Nikki's moussaka and baklava (with more wrapped up foil -- Nikki's been on real cooking kick this trimester).
She parks in the garage, gets out of the car . . . and steps in water.
That's odd.
Angela looks around, and quickly realizes that the water is coming down the steps to the upstairs apartment.
Zach's old apartment.
Angela stands looking at the steps for several minutes before she finally makes her way up them to see where the water is coming from.
